The Child Care Infrastructure Grant Program will provide funding to help start new child care businesses as well as expand current licensed capacity to increase the number of children served by existing child care providers. Grants are available through 2024 or until all funds are awarded, whichever comes first.

Colorado Startup Loan Fund
The Colorado Startup Loan Fund provides loan capital to mission-based lenders to provide loans to Colorado entrepreneurs and small business owners needing capital to start, restart, or restructure a business, and those who are not able to obtain a loan from traditional lenders. This is a revolving loan fund through 2032, meaning the dollars will be used to continue supporting new entrepreneurs as loans are repaid.

Revolving Loan Fund
The Revolving Loan Funds (RLF) are intended for permanent working capital, fixed asset and gap financing needs for start-up and existing businesses located in Coös County and bordering areas. CEDC maintains various RLFs, including their EDA Fund that can be used in the region and in Grafton County, USDA RMAP for microloans of $50K or less, and Borders Revolving Loan Fund (BRLF) specifically for business loans in CEDC’s northernmost communities.

Neighborworks Southern Colorado Emergency Small Business Loan Fund COVID-19
The Small Business Emergency Microloan Program now provides financing needed to strengthen small business enterprises in this time of acute need that have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. They offer loans from $1,000 to $20,000.
